Nesenur Altinigne is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Business at Istanbul Bilgi University. She is a Ph.D. graduate of Istanbul Technical University. She has visited SKEMA Business School (France) as a Visiting Scholar supported by the French Embassy Research Fellowship. Her work has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and Journal of Consumer Behavior, as well as presented at several leading international conferences. Her research streams mainly focus on technology and consumer interactions, service innovation, consumer ethics, and consumer-brand relationships. Esra Arıkan is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Faculty of Business at Istanbul Bilgi University. She is a Ph.D. graduate of Boğaziçi University. Her research addresses the interplay between marketing and consumer behavior, with a particular focus on brand relationships, service innovation, service cocreation, corporate social responsibility, and the role of corporate reputation in shaping stakeholder outcomes. Her papers have appeared in Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Business Economics and Management, and Journal of Vacation Marketing. Mehmet Okan is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Business at İstanbul Bilgi University. He got his PhD degree in the ITU Management program specializing in marketing. His research addresses service robots, employee-customer relationships, dysfunctional behaviors of service actors, meta-analysis, and other systematic literature reviews. His papers have appeared in the Journal of Interactive Marketing, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Service Management, and Review of Managerial Science. Ebru Kuzgun
is a post-doctoral researcher at Copenhagen Business School and holds a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) postdoctoral fellowship granted by the European Union. She received her M.Sc. degree from Copenhagen Business School in 2012 and her Ph.D. from Boğaziçi University (Istanbul) in 2020. Her primary research interests are service marketing, consumer behavior in digital media, and consumer interactions with artificial intelligence technologies such as service robots, avatars, and chatbots.
