This project explores how consumers respond differently to internal versus external CSR campaigns based on their perceptions of sincerity. It also examines the influence of perceived sincerity on customer engagement. The research is currently ongoing.

Project Title: Realization of an Autonomous Interactive Robot for Enhanced Customer Satisfaction and Engagement in Retail Stores

The proposed project has multiple objectives and hence carries the potential to bring serious contributions in a diverse range of fields combined under a multi-disciplinary synergy. The main goal is to investigate the possible value added by the assistance of service robots as they are used in retail stores and to understand the contributions and drawbacks of their interaction(s) with the customers. In that sense, the project combines a wide range of fields, including robotics, autonomous systems, machine vision, deep learning, human-machine interaction, marketing, brand equity, and consumer behavior. The research is currently ongoing.
